Our site is updated daily with new neighborhood information; however, it is a time consuming process.  We not only pull relevant information from online sources, but from builders, developers and our own area expert agents that work in and specialize in that community.  While you may see one community with detailed neighborhood information, you may see another with only the community information.  We are working diligently to cover the entire Orlando area, but feel free to contact us if you ever have questions about a neighborhood and we will be happy to get the answers for you.

As your Buyer's Representative, we start by helping you to determine the what, where, when and why of your home search.  We will create a personalized home search for you that will weed out all of the properties that don't fit your criteria to help you find the perfect home or property.  We will arrange and accompany you on all home viewings and provide you with the intricate details on the homes you are interested in. 

Once you find the perfect home, we will negotiate your best price, advise you of the contract details, help you find a lender, arrange for a home inspector, coordinate the appraisal and make sure your title work is done correctly.  

It's our job to look after your best interests, and we will do so at no cost to you as a buyer.
