Bahama Bay Resort is a gated resort of Condo Hotels in the West 192 area just inside Polk County. Like it's name, Bahama Bay, the resort features a colorful island vibe throughout the resort and even has a massive beach area on the shores of Old Lake Davenport complete with island bar & grill and resort style pool. The Bahama Bay Resort is located in the 33897 zip code in Polk county. It is just outside the Osceola county line it is in the West 192 Resort Area and directly south of the Walt Disney World Resort. You are approximately 6 miles from Walt Disney World, 19 miles from Universal Studios, and 75 miles from Cocoa Beach. Highway 27 is directly west of the resort entrance which will take you South to I-4 or North to Hwy 192 and then to the Florida Turnpike. Westside Blvd is directly East of the resort entrance and will take you North to Hwy 192 and on to the 429 Expressway.

Bahama Bay Resort Management Options
Bahama Bay is managed by Vacasa. As a resort owner, you have the option to rent your property when you are not using it with Vacasa which is right in house at the resort. You may also utilize an outside 3rd party management company or rent the property out yourself, however, there may be restrictions against or additional fees for your guests to use the resort amenities if not using the on site management.

The majority of the homes in Bahama Bay Resort were built 2002 to 2004 by Maesbury Homes. The neighborhood features Key West architectural style properties with 2 to 3 bedrooms and 0 car garages. Homes typically range in size from approx 1173 to 1655 square feet and most homes offer additional space such as: Great Room, Inside Utility. The majority of the homes were built using Block, Wood Frame, Siding, Cement, Stone and Stucco construction and feature Shingle roofs. From your home at Bahama Bay Resort you will typically have a trees/woods, pool, beach and/or water view. Depending on where your property is positioned, you may also have a fantastic view of the night fireworks from the theme parks!
