About Celebration Land

Celebration Land for Sale

To be straightforward with buyers searching for land in Celebration: there are no buildable vacant land for sale within the community itself. Celebration was developed by The Walt Disney Company as a fully master-planned town, every residential parcel was platted and assigned to a specific village — Main Village, North Village, South Village, East Village, Artisan Park, and Island Village — and the community reached full build-out years ago. The remaining undeveloped acreage inside Celebration's boundaries is conservation land, wetland buffer, golf course at Celebration Golf Club, or community trail corridor that is not legally available for private purchase or new home construction.

Buyers who arrive at this page typically have one of two underlying goals, and both are achievable just outside the community. If the goal is to build a custom home with proximity to World Drive and Walt Disney World, vacant lots and acreage are regularly available in adjacent Kissimmee, in Reunion and Champions Gate to the south, and in the broader 34747 ZIP corridor along U.S. 192. If the goal is a Celebration address specifically, the practical path is buying an existing home and renovating, or purchasing a resale lot with a teardown candidate — which does happen occasionally in Lake Evalyn and the larger Artisan Park lots when an older home goes to market. Commercial parcels along the I-4 and World Drive corridor near Celebration Pointe trade periodically and are a separate market handled through our Celebration commercial properties page. For new construction options inside the community, the Celebration home builders guide covers the limited inventory of newly built and to-be-built homes still moving through the pipeline.
