But you can't drive into Isleworth unless you live there. What you can drive into, right next door, is The Grove at Isleworth — and that's where most of the day-to-day life of upscale southern Windermere happens.
If you're scoping out the area, you'll end up here. Picking up dinner, hitting the gym, grabbing a coffee on the way to Dr. Phillips, or doing the weekly Publix run — this is the center that quietly anchors the Conroy-Windermere/Apopka-Vineland intersection.

The Grove sits at the southwest corner of Conroy-Windermere Road and South Apopka-Vineland Road, with an address range of 4700-4876 S. Apopka-Vineland Rd, Windermere, FL 34786. It's roughly two miles east of downtown Windermere, directly adjacent to the main gate of Isleworth Golf & Country Club, and an easy hop from Dr. Phillips to the east.

That's the practical reason every national chain wanted in here — and the practical reason locals occasionally grumble about the left turn out of the parking lot.

This corner was previously Cascades at Isleworth — a smaller Publix-anchored center. Tavistock Development Company (the same Tavistock behind Lake Nona) acquired and rebranded it, opening phase one of the modern Grove in 2011 with about 80,000 square feet.
Phase two — a 31,500-square-foot mixed-use building known as Parcel 4 — opened in late 2017 through early 2018, bringing in Starbucks, Hawkers Asian Street Fare, Chipotle, and Regus executive suites upstairs. Combined, the property now totals approximately 260,000 square feet of mixed-use retail, dining, fitness, and Class A office space.
The Anchors: Publix and LA Fitness Signature Club
Publix is the day-to-day workhorse here. It's the closest full-service grocery for Isleworth, Tildens Grove, Casa Del Lago, Bellaria, and a long list of Conroy-Windermere subdivisions. Worth noting: there are three Publix locations within the 34786 footprint, but this is the one most southern Windermere residents default to.
The other anchor is the LA Fitness Signature Club — a step up from a standard LA Fitness, with expanded amenities like a basketball court, pool, and group fitness studios. Signature Clubs are positioned for higher-income markets, which is exactly what the demographics around The Grove deliver.
Dining at The Grove
This is where The Grove earns its "shopping and dining center" billing. Current restaurants include:
- Hawkers Asian Street Fare — the second Central Florida location of the Mills 50 favorite, serving small-plate Asian street food
- Panera Bread — one of the few Panera locations in the area with a drive-thru
- Chipotle Mexican Grill — fast-casual standby in Parcel 4
- BurgerFi — better-burger chain that landed early in phase two
- Starbucks — drive-thru location, the morning-rush savior for Conroy-Windermere commuters
- The Vineyard Wine Bar & Healthy Bistro — a 400-bottle wine list, eight wines on tap, and one of the more grown-up rooms in southwest Orlando
- Jeremiah's Italian Ice — local chain, the after-school standby

For sit-down date-night dining, The Vineyard is the on-site option; for the bigger-deal nights, residents head 10 minutes east to Sand Lake Road's Restaurant Row. The Grove fills the everyday-and-casual slot, and it does it well.
One honest note: Dexter's of Windermere, which operated here for years, closed in early 2025. Older guides still list it. We've left it off because it's gone.

Beyond the anchors and the restaurants, The Grove is built to be a one-stop errand run. You'll find Chase Bank, Walgreens, GNC, dry cleaners, nail and hair salons, a dentist, a pediatric office, jewelry, and a rotating mix of independent boutiques. The second floor of Parcel 4 houses Regus co-working and executive suites — handy for the Isleworth and Keene's Pointe remote-work crowd.
It's not a destination mall, and it's not trying to be. The Grove is the upscale neighborhood center — the kind of place you can run six errands without crossing a ZIP code line.

- The Conroy-Windermere/Apopka-Vineland intersection backs up at peak hours
- No true high-end fashion or department-store anchor — that's a Mall at Millenia trip
- Tenant turnover happens (Dexter's being the most recent example) — verify before driving
