Lake Hancock is a 475 acre, freshwater lake in West Orlando. Lake Hancock is in the heart of the Horizon West with the largest neighborhoods surrounding the lake and Downtown Hamlin sitting upon its northern shores. The lake resembles several smaller interconnected lakes but is simply separate by grassy areas that have channels cut through them. It is a popular lake for both skiing and fishing.
