Christmas Condo units make an excellent choice for those who don't want to deal with the exterior maintenance of their property and enjoy the ability to lock and leave their home and know that the yard, roof, and building will be maintained by the HOA. The difference between Christmas condos and Christmas Townhomes is that with condos, the condo board or HOA owns the building and the land. The condo owner, owns the interior space of their unit. With a townhome, the owner owns not only their portion of the building structure, but the luxury homes upon which it sits, and in most cases, a small back yard.
