A Lake Mary Neighborhood
The Heathrow neighborhood itself is a part of the greater Lake Mary community. Lake Mary, Florida is an unincorporated community located on the I-4 Corridor of Central Florida. It is one of the fastest growing areas of Seminole County and the Orlando-Kissimmee-Sanford Metropolitan Statistical Area. As of the 2000 census, there were just under 4,100 people, a little over 1,700 households and a median age of 41 years. The average family income was $107k making it a great income to enjoy a comfortable lifestyle in Central Florida.
