Glad Tidings Academy (GTA) is an outgrowth of Glad Tidings Church and operates two campuses under one umbrella. West Oaks Academy: The Established Christian Option
At 8624 A D Mims Rd, West Oaks Academy sits just outside the Ocoee city line in Orlando but draws heavily from Ocoee, Winter Garden, Apopka, and Pine Hills. Founded in 1981, it's an independent Christian school accredited under the Florida Coalition of Christian Private School Accreditation. K-12, Abeka curriculum, and — notable for a private school — free transportation along certain routes.
