Originally from South Carolina, David has lived in Orlando for over 30 years.  A Realtor since 2013 years and a broker associate since 2018, David has worked with both commercial and residential buyers and sellers throughout Central Florida and loves to help clients find or sell their home.

A resident of Windermere, FL, David covers the Orange, Seminole, Lake and Osceola County areas personally and provides extended support for buyers and sellers throughout Central Florida.  When not out with clients or building the FloridaNeighborhoodRealty.com site, you will catch David exploring Central Florida many communities and events or park hopping at Disney World.
