While it is primarily a short term rental vacation hotspot, about 10% of the community consists of year round residents. Reunions Main Roads

Reunion Blvd, Tradition Blvd and Gathering Drive are the three main roads that all other areas are off of within the Reunion Resort. I-4 and the 429 Expressway intersect just outside the Reunion Resort and provide residents with quick access throughout the area. I-4 will take you to either Tampa or Daytona while the 429 Expressway will take you to the North Orlando area where it intersects I-4 at Sanford. An entrance to the 417 Expressway which forms the Eastern Beltway around Orlando is also just North of the community.
