Del Webb Lakehaven is an active-adult (55+) community in Clermont, in southern Lake County, built by Del Webb — the active-adult arm of PulteGroup. It sits at Schofield and Cook Roads along the shore of Sawgrass Lake, forming the age-restricted piece of the larger Lakehaven master-planned community near Wellness Way. Sales opened around 2025 with four models, so this is new construction still filling in — not an established neighborhood with twenty years of mature oaks. What separates it from most 55+ communities around Orlando is the water: the whole layout is organized around the lake, with dock access and trails along the shoreline doing the work that a golf course usually does elsewhere.

Amenities center on The Horizon Club, the community clubhouse, paired with The Breezeway Café for coffee and casual gatherings. Housing is all single-family, offered across three home series — Scenic, Distinctive, and a larger top series — with 14 floor plans spanning roughly 1,405 to 3,453 square feet, two to four bedrooms, and pricing from the $400s. The Scenic Series is the downsizer end (plans averaging around 1,471 square feet); the larger series add square footage and room for out-of-town guests. Every home is wired as a smart home — whole-house Wi-Fi, smart thermostat, smart irrigation, a smart garage, and motion-activated switches — and many plans add an EV charging outlet.
