Del Webb Minneola is a 55+ active-adult community in Minneola, Lake County, built by Del Webb, the active-adult brand of PulteGroup. Construction began in 2023 and continues today, so the homes are new builds rather than resales. What sets it apart is the land itself — the site sits on some of the highest hills in Central Florida, with 130 feet of elevation change and long views east toward Orlando, about 25 miles away. In a region known for being flat, that hillside setting is the real differentiator.
