There's no production-builder name attached — the original 1964 developer isn't in the public record, because this is a mid-century condo community rather than a modern master-planned subdivision. What sets it apart is the trade it offers: a 55-and-over community that still accommodates some younger residents, parked inside one of Central Florida's most walkable, historically expensive enclaves, at entry prices far below what true new construction in Winter Park commands.
