Since we will be building your community together, the following rules and guidelines are in place to clearly define content rules and guidelines to follow.
Content provided by agent(s) on the site is at the sold discretion of Florida Neighborhood Realty and its editors and ownership.
All content submitted by our Community Expert clients including text or photographs become the copywritten property of Florida Neighborhood Realty and by providing content, submitter forfeits all rights to said content.
As a community expert, you may request that new neighborhoods be added to your community area. That neighborhood must fall into the community area. You may not add neighborhoods that come under other community areas. Florida Neighborhood Realty has the sold discretion to determine what neighborhoods fall under what community area.
You may also provide us additional content information to beef up the original content of your pages and provide us corrections/edits/removals/updates for any of your pages.
You may also create blog posts related to your area that will be posted in the general blog, but will be linked from your pages on the site.
A community expert may become a community expert for another area, but must pay the fee for that area. In other words, you cannot add another community to your existing pages.
There will be no content allowed that violates Fair Housing Laws or national, regional and local realtor boards or MLS guidelines.
