Become the Expert

We will do this by using our knowledge of site design and optimization to create the most in depth and informational community real estate page possible for you.  Here are some ideas for you as the agent to become the go to community expert.

1. Drive your community.  As simple as it sounds, just by spending a day driving around your area, you will see things that you may have not bothered to pay attention to before that may be important to your clients.  Where are the local parks, schools, grocery stores?  What do they offer and what is unique about them?  Would people want to move to the community just to be near something in the community?  How far away is the closest nail salon or hardware store?  
2. Join community civic groups. Stay current with what is going on in your community.  New shopping plaza, school, park or event. It will also give you opportunities to promote yourself to other community leaders.
3. Patronize the businesses in your community. Take the time to get to know the business owners in your area.  Introduce yourself, ask questions about their business. Give them an online review or better yet, do a little write up on them and promote them on your social media pages. Your clients will appreciate the recommendations and view you more and more as the reliable community expert.
4. Take pictures and take notes. Here is where we can really help.  We will always start off your community with at least one article about an attraction/community event/community gathering spot, but we are happy to create more.  Let us know what makes your community special.  What are the parks, schools, shopping, attractions and events in your area?  Send us pictures and information of not only neighborhoods, but the things and places that make your community unique.  We can create articles for you to place on the blog and link within your pages.  Or you can use those photos/information for your own social media pages which we can link to on your pages. If you are not the best writer, use our content worksheet to take notes and send to us and we will write it up for you.

Learn and Build Your Pages with Us

Our FloridaNeighborhoodRealty.com site is one of the most robust and user friendly sites out there.  Designed and built to rank high, you will see some traffic to your site immediately as have built a out many pages a head of time.  You will see a significant amount of traffic once your pages are fully built and indexed by the search engines.  Adding content as detailed above will only help.  Here are  some steps you can take to help us get your site built and help you learn how to make the most use out of the sites tools.

1. Send us your contact info. Email (we recommend getting a gmail email address if you don't have one), social media links, phone number, brokerage name and address and any other information you want in your footer.
2. Send us a photo of you or your team that we can use on your pages on the site.
3. Create a simple one page paragraph all about you.  How did you get in to real estate, where are you from, what do you like to do when not working, what special realtor designations do you have, any accomplishments, and anything else you want a client you want to know about you.
4. Link everything to your main community page. Put the web address on everything. Business Cards, flyers, email and any other websites.  You should look at your community page as your main website.  If you want to have a custom web address directly to your community page, we can help you with that as well.
5. Schedule a site tour with us. Set up an appointment go over the site and learn how the site works, key features and navigation.  We will also go over the back end, customer management software and set up how you receive your leads.
