CalAtlantic Homes Orlando

CalAtlantic is a "new" builder with over one hundred years of experience.  The company was created in 2015 from the merger of two big name builders, Ryland Homes and Standard Pacific Homes.  In 2016 they were Builder Magazines Builder of the Year.  They are know for unique home designs, quality construction and outstanding customer service.  

In 2018 CalAtlantic merged with Lennar Homes to become the largest builder in the U.S. at that time.  CalAtlantic is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Lennar Homes and still builds upscale homes under the CalAtlantic brand name.
