Summerport is a Windermere neighborhood of approx 1,200 homes and features community clubhouse with pool, playground two tennis courts, basketball court sand volleyball court, sand beach area with dock onto Walsh Pond.

In addition, Keene's Crossing Elementary School is located right in the neighborhood. The massive Summerport neighborhood enjoys close proximity to just about every need you would have.

Windermere High School is near the Southern edge of Summerport. The West Orange Country Club is its Northern neighbor and the massive Horizon West area in Winter Garden is connected on its West side. The Walt Disney World Resort area is just a few miles South and Downtown Windermere is just to its East. There are multiple shopping plazas with grocery, retail and dining within a short drive including the Winter Garden Village Shopping District.

The Florida Turnpike, I-4, the 408 and 429 expressways are close by providing quick access to all points of interest within Orlando and the Central Florida area.
