The homes found throughout this 55+ community were built by Taylor Morrison. They come in three distinct collections including Capri, Venice, and Savona. Each single-family home offers one-story living with luxurious master suites, gourmet kitchens, open floor plans, and plenty of optional upgrades.

The Capri collection offers two options between 1,722 and 1,824 square feet with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each home offers an attached two-car garage.

The Venice collection offers the largest homes with four floor plans ranging from 2,275 to 2,930 square feet. Homes in this collection offer two or three bedrooms with two-and-a-half or three bathrooms and a two-car attached garage.

The Savona collection falls in the middle with floor plans ranging from 1,856 to 2,100 square feet. These homes offer two bedrooms with two or two-and-a-half bathrooms and an attached two-car garage. The Savona homes also offer a flex room or den, which can be used as another bedroom or home office.

Another collection is found at Highland Ranch called the NEXTadventure collection. It's the newest option and homes offer 2,268 square feet with two bedrooms and plenty of flex spaces throughout. Each of these homes offers a kitchen for entertaining with an open great room, indoor and outdoor living spaces integrated together, smart thermostats, and an eco-friendly design.

Highland Ranch Community Amenities

The Highland Ranch community offers plenty of amenities to enjoy with a wonderful clubhouse providing social gatherings and more. The indoor amenities include a multi-purpose room, social spaces for playing cards, a billiards room, a fitness center, and more. There's a treatment room for massages, a coffee bar, and a catering kitchen, as well.

The outdoor amenities include a resistance pool, resort-style swimming pool, and a spa. Homeowners will also gain access to four pickleball courts, two bocce ball courts, and a tennis court.
