Summit Greens Homes

Construction started in 2001 and was completed in 2006. The community was developed by Levitt & Sons with all single-family homes throughout.

Homes in Summit Greens offer 1,256 to 2,467 square feet with three series to choose from. The Lake Series homes offer 1,256 to 1,806 square feet. All floor plans in this series offer two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two-car garage. The four largest floor plans also offer a den.

The Homestead Series provides homes ranging from 1,879 to 2,179 square feet. All of these open floor plan homes offer two bedrooms with a den, two bathrooms, and a two-car garage.

The Pinnacle Series offers the largest floor plans ranging from 2,238 to 2,467 square feet of living space. Two of the floor plans offer two bedrooms with a den, while the largest floor plan offers three bedrooms with a den. All floor plans provide two-and-a-half bathrooms. The largest floor plan offers a three-car garage, while the other two floor plans provide a two-and-a-half-car garage.

All homes found throughout Summit Greens provide open floor plans with low-maintenance exteriors. Some of the homes offer eat-in kitchens and over-sized master bedrooms. It's also possible to find a home here with views of the lakes or the golf course.

Summit Greens Community Amenities

While Summit Greens is considered a smaller, gated community with just 769 homes, it still offers plenty of amenities. The clubhouse is 28,000 square feet in size and offers plenty of things to do. A large, state-of-the-art fitness center is offered complete with a heated indoor swimming pool and an aerobics studio. The clubhouse also features a card and game room, a computer room, and a billiards room. There's a library for residents to enjoy, as well.

The community features an 18-hole golf course called Sanctuary Ridge golf course. The golf course also offers a 19th Hole Bar.

Along with golf, the outdoor amenities include a heated swimming pool and spa. Residents can also enjoy eight lighted tennis courts, a baseball field, two bocce ball courts, two shuffleboard courts, and an outdoor gazebo & bar area. The community also features plenty of walking and biking trails throughout. Residents will get to enjoy views of the lakes and ponds, as well.

Found just off Highway 50, Summit Greens is a popular location in Clermont, Florida. It's found very close to shopping and dining options with plenty of attractions just a short drive away.

Downtown Orlando is found about 25 miles from the community, while Walt Disney World is about 30 miles away. Universal Studios is just 22 miles from Summit Greens and many other popular attractions are nearby, too.
