In the Clermont area you will find mostly 55+ targeted neighborhoods and year round resident neighborhoods, in Davenport, you will find a mix of resort style properties and year round residential neighborhoods and in Winter Garden you will find Resorts and year round residential neighborhoods. Four Corners Main Roads

Hwy 192 (Irlo Bronson Hwy) is the main East-West Artery of Kissimmee while John Young Parkway (Hwy 17) is the main North-South Artery. I-4, the Florida Turnpike and the 417 Expressway all run through and have multiple connection points within the Kissimmee area The 429 Expressway runs along the Eastern side of the Four Corners area and will take you North through Winter Garden, Apopka, and into Seminole County where it connects to I-4 in Sanford. It will take you South a couple of miles where it connects to I-4 outside the Reunion area.
