Carrington is a Windermere neighborhood of approx 84 townhomes and features a community pool and playground area along with very close proximity to the Walt Disney World attractions.

The back entrance to the Magic Kingdom is just outside of the neighborhood. This is a huge plus for anyone who wants to live near Disney World without living in a tourist area. Additionally, a walking and biking path and road runs through the neighborhoods and connects to the Windermere Trails neighborhood.

The Carrington neighborhood is located in the Southwest area of Windermere just off of Reams Road. It is located in the 34786 zip code in Orange County which is central and heart of the Greater Orlando Metropolitan Area of Central Florida.

The Windermere Trails neighborhood is next to Carrington and Downtown Windermere is located just from the main entrance of Carrington. The Florida Turnpike, I-4, the 408 and 429 expressways are close by providing quick access to all points of interest within Orlando and the Central Florida area.

The majority of the townhomes in Carrington were built between 2013 and 2014 by Ashton Woods Homes.
