Oasis Cove is a gated Windermere neighborhood of approx 274 townhomes and features close proximity to a back entrance into the Walt Disney World Resort.

The neighborhood includes a community clubhouse with resort style pool, fitness center and playground.  There is also a walking trail around a central lake. Located just off Reams Road, Oasis Cove is on the West side of the prestigious Butler Chain of Lakes in the "new" Windermere area.

Reams Road to the West connects to Summerlake Park Blvd which will take you to the Hamlin Town Center and the 429 expressway.  Take Reams Road East and it will connect you to Winter Garden Vineland Road which will lead you to either Winter Garden Village Shopping Center to the North or Lake Buena Vista to the South.  Of course, you can take Floridian Place which is less than a mile South and you will be in Disney World.

The Oasis Cove neighborhood is located in the extreme Southwest area of Windermere just off of Reams Road.

It is located in the 34786 zip code in Orange County which is central and heart of the Greater Orlando Metropolitan Area of Central Florida.

The Windermere Isle and Legado neighborhoods are across from Oasis Cove and Downtown Windermere is located just 8 miles from the main entrance of Oasis Cove. I-4 and 429 Expressway are close by providing quick access to all points of interest within Orlando and the Central Florida area.

Homes Available in Oasis Cove

The majority of the homes in Oasis Cove were built between 2007 and 2013 by Ryland Homes.

The neighborhood features Florida style homes which range in size from approx 1,230 square feet to over approx 2,000 sq ft.

Homes typically feature 2 to 4 bedrooms and all of the homes feature shingle roofs, brick pavered driveways and lush tropical landscaping. Many of the townhomes back to conservation or water views.
