Lake Sheen Reserve is a Windermere area neighborhood of approx 128 homes and features private gated entry multiple water views, and a community boat ramp onto Lake Sheen via a canal entryway.

There is also a Lake Sheen lakefront park with dock, picnic and play area. The Grand Cypress Resort Golf Course is directly South of the neighborhood and a back entrance into the Walt Disney World Resort is just down the street.

The Lake Sheen Reserve neighborhood is located in the Southwest area of Windermere just off of Winter Garden Vineland Road.

The neighborhood is technically an Orlando address as it is just South of Windermere proper.  It is located in the 32836 zip code in Orange County which is central and heart of the Greater Orlando Metropolitan Area of Central Florida.

The Cypress Isle and Providence at Lake Sheen neighborhoods are next to Lake Sheen Reserve and Downtown Windermere is located just from the main entrance of Lake Sheen Reserve. The Florida Turnpike, I-4, the 408 and 429 expressways are close by providing quick access to all points of interest within Orlando and the Central Florida area.

The majority of the homes in Lake Sheen Reserve were built between 2001 and 2004 by Beazer Homes. The homes that back to Lake Sheen are custom built homes by various home builders. 

The neighborhood features traditional, contemporary, ranch and Florida style homes which range in size from approx 2300 square feet to over approx 4000 sq ft. Homes typically feature 3 to 6 bedrooms and the vast majority of the homes enjoy private, screened swimming pools. The majority of the homes back to either a water or conservation view.
