Westminster Landing is a Windermere area neighborhood of approx 215 homes and features private entry gates plus a community park which features two tennis courts, a basketball court and tot lot playground and picnic benches.

There is also a private gate and sidewalk that leads directly to Windy Ridge Elementary School. The iconic Mormon Temple is just across the street and Olympia High School and The Grove Shopping Plaza are just down the street.

The Westminster Landing neighborhood is located in the Northeast area of Windermere just off of Apopka Vineland Road.

It is actually an Orlando address as it is just across Apopka Vineland Road from Windermere proper.  Westminster Landing is located in the 32835 zip code in Orange County which is central and heart of the Greater Orlando Metropolitan Area of Central Florida.

While it is technically not Windermere, it is just outside the Windermere zip code. The Courtleigh Park and Windermere Ridge neighborhoods are next to Westminster Landing and Downtown Windermere is located just from the main entrance of Westminster Landing. The Florida Turnpike, I-4, the 408 and 429 expressways are close by providing quick access to all points of interest within Orlando and the Central Florida area.

The majority of the homes in Westminster Landing were built between 1997 and 2001 by M/I Homes. The neighborhood features traditional style homes which range in size from approx 1600 square feet to over approx 4700 sq ft.

Homes typically feature 3 to 6 bedrooms and The majority of the homes have private swimming pools. The neighborhood is technically in Orlando but is part of the greater Windermere area.
