Lake Sawyer is a Windermere neighborhood of approx 69 homes and features larger home site lots and beautiful views of Lake Sawyer or Little Lake Sawyer. There are three small neighborhoods we have listed together that make up the Lake Sawyer neighborhood.

Those are Sawyer Shores, Lake Sawyer Estates and Landings at Lake Sawyer. Homes vary in style as they were build over the years. Windermere Preparatory School is just North of the neighborhood and Chase road is nearby providing quick access to Downtown Windermere.

There are two shopping centers nearby on either side of the neighborhood making everyday necessities items and easy convenience.

Where is Lake Sawyer in Windermere?

The Lake Sawyer neighborhood is located in the Southwest area of Windermere just off of Winter Garden Vineland Road.

It is located in the 34786 zip code in Orange County which is central and heart of the Greater Orlando Metropolitan Area of Central Florida.

The Sawyer Sound and Waterstone neighborhoods are next to Lake Sawyer and Downtown Windermere is located just from the main entrance of Lake Sawyer. The Florida Turnpike, I-4, the 408 and 429 expressways are close by providing quick access to all points of interest within Orlando and the Central Florida area.

Homes Available in Lake Sawyer

The majority of the homes in Lake Sawyer were built between 1959 and current by various builders. The neighborhood features various style homes which range in size from approx 1000 square feet to over approx 4800 sq ft. Homes typically feature 2 to 5 bedrooms and about half the homes in this area are on the shores of either Lake Sawyer or Little Lake Sawyer.
