Also known as Lakes of Windermere Peachtree, The Preserve at Lakes of Windermere is a Windermere neighborhood of approx 179 homes and features private, gated entry as well as a neighborhood clubhouse with community pool and park area.

The back entrance to the Magic Kingdom and Walt Disney World Resort area is just South of the neighborhood entrance and the Horizon West Winter Garden area is just North of the neighborhood. You are definitely going to hear the fireworks and probably see them every night from your home in the neighborhood.

It is located in the 34786 zip code in Orange County which is central and heart of the Greater Orlando Metropolitan Area of Central Florida.

The Peachtree Park and Lake Reams Townhomes neighborhoods are next to the Preserve at Lakes of Windermere Peachtree and Downtown Windermere is located just from the main entrance of The Preserve at Lakes of Windermere. The Florida Turnpike, I-4, the 408 and 429 expressways are close by providing quick access to all points of interest within Orlando and the Central Florida area.
