Lake Crescent Reserve is a gated Windermere neighborhood of approx 36 homes and features tall oak trees, lush landscaping and large half acre to 1 acre or large home-site lots.
There are no neighborhood amenities inside of the neighborhood but a Windermere Community park featuring a clubhouse, three tennis courts and dock onto Lake Crescent is adjacent to the East of the neighborhood.
Two streets that make up the neighborhood, Marquesas Court and Sunbittern Court. Neither street is connect to the other and they both have their own gated entry from Park Ave. Lake Crescent Estates is walking distance to Windermere Elementary and Downtown Windermere. Its entrance is off of Park Ave, which turns into Lake Butler Blvd and then connects to Winter Garden Vineland Road. That will lead you to either Walt Disney World or the Winter Garden Village Shopping Center and 429 expressway depending on which direction you go.
The Lake Crescent Reserve neighborhood is located in the Northwest area of Windermere just off of Park Avenue.
It is located in the 34786 zip code in Orange County which is central and heart of the Greater Orlando Metropolitan Area of Central Florida.
The Windermere Club and Lake Butler Estates neighborhoods are next to Lake Crescent Reserve and Downtown Windermere is located just from the main entrance of Lake Crescent Reserve. The Florida Turnpike, the 408 and 429 Expressways are close by providing quick access to all points of interest within Orlando and the Central Florida area.
The majority of the homes in Lake Crescent Reserve were built between 1983 and 1987 by various custom builders.
The neighborhood features traditional style homes which range in size from approx 2600 square feet to over approx 6500 sq ft. Homes typically feature 4 to 5 bedrooms and 20 of the 36 homes/home sites are either on the shores or canal of, and enjoy direct access to Lake Crescent. Nearly all of the homes have private swimming pools.
