Living in Grande Pines

Grande Pines is a Windermere area neighborhood of approx 60 homes and features close proximity to the Walt Disney World Resort and all the shopping and dining you could want right outside the entrance.

The neighborhood includes a community park with playground overlooking a central pond. There is also a separate open field area with picnic tables overlooking the pond.

Located just off Reams Road, Grande Pines is on the West side of the prestigious Butler Chain of Lakes in the "new" Windermere area. Winter Garden Vineland Road is just around the corner which will take you North to the large Winter Garden Village Shopping Center as well as an entrance to the 429 expressway or South to the Lake Buena Vista Resort area.

Where is Grand Pines in Windermere?

The Grande Pines neighborhood is located in the South area of Windermere just off of Reams Road.

Technically it is an Orlando address as it is just across the street from Windermere proper, however, it is considered a part of the Windermere and Horizon West area.

It is located in the 32836 zip code in Orange County which is central and heart of the Greater Orlando Metropolitan Area of Central Florida.

The Newbury Park and Mabel Bridge neighborhoods are next to Grande Pines and Downtown Windermere is located just 5 miles from the main entrance of Grande Pines. I-4 and 429 Expressway are close by providing quick access to all points of interest within Orlando and the Central Florida area.

Homes Available in Grande Pines

The majority of the homes in Grande Pines were built between 2005 and 2010 by Ryland Homes.

The neighborhood features traditional, contemporary and bungalow style homes which range in size from approx 2,000 square feet to over approx 4,400 sq ft. Homes typically feature 3 to 6 bedrooms and all of the homes feature shingle roofs and brick pavered driveways.

About half the homes have have private swimming pools and a few homes enjoy either water or conservation views.
