Windermere Reserve is a Windermere neighborhood of approx 30 custom estate homes and features over-sized home-sites with tall shade trees. Nine of the homes enjoy water-views of and direct access to Lake Down one of the lakes of the Butler Chain of Lakes.

The entrance to the neighborhood is directly across from the upscale Grove Shopping Plaza. Olympia High School is just around the corner and Downtown Windermere is a mile down the road.

Homes Available in Windermere Reserve

The majority of the homes in Windermere Reserve were built between 1993 and 1999 by various custom builders. The neighborhood features traditional style homes which range in size from approx 3400 square feet to over approx 4500 sq ft.

Homes typically feature 4 to 6 bedrooms and 9 of the homes site upon the shores and have direct access to Lake Down. This custom built home neighborhood features Barrel tile roofs and three car garages. Nearly all of the homes have private swimming pools.
