Townhomes Available in Merrick Landing

The majority of the townhomes in Merrick Landing were built between 2002 and 2003 by Ryland Homes.

The neighborhood features traditional style townhomes which range in size from approx 1000 square feet to over approx 1500 sq ft. Homes typically feature 2 to 3 bedrooms and about half the homes back to either water or the central park in the neighborhood.
