Peachtree Park is a Windermere neighborhood of approx 28 homes and features a small community park with tot lot. The backstage entrance to the Magic Kingdom and the Walt Disney World Resort area is just outside of the neighborhood entrance and the booming Horizon West area in Winter Garden is just Northwest of Peachtree Park.

You are not only going to hear and see the fireworks from the Magic Kingdom, every night, but you are probably going to hear the train whistles from the park.

The Peachtree Park neighborhood is located in the Southwest area of Windermere just off of Reams Road.

It is located in the 34786 zip code in Orange County which is central and heart of the Greater Orlando Metropolitan Area of Central Florida.

The Legado and The Preserve at Lakes of Windermere neighborhoods are next to Peachtree Park and Downtown Windermere is located just 8 miles from the main entrance of Peachtree Park. The Florida Turnpike, I-4, the 408 and 429 expressways are close by providing quick access to all points of interest within Orlando and the Central Florida area.

The majority of the homes in Peachtree Park were built between 2014 and 2016 by Ashton Woods Homes.

The neighborhood features Key West style homes which range in size from approx 1700 square feet to over approx 3300 sq ft. Homes typically feature 3 to 5 bedrooms and brick pavered driveways. Some of the homes have a private swimming pool and about half of the homes back to either water or conservation views.
