Weatherstone is a Windermere neighborhood of approx 13 homes and features gated, private entry and and large home sites. Tall oak trees shade this one street neighborhood giving it an old Florida feel.

There is also private sidewalk gate at the West end of the neighborhood that leads to Hemple Ave. Many of the homes also enjoy views directly onto Lake Olivia, a large, stand alone ski lake.
